Items purchased on sale are final sale.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY ITEM?
Each product has its own care instructions. Please see specific product page for cleaning and storage instructions.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
You can see our shipping policy here. Please allow 2-3 business days (excluding holidays) for orders of in-stock items to be fulfilled. Please note, your order may encounter delays that are out of The Ember Collective's control, once shipped - such as increased shipping volume, inclement weather, supply issues, etc.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER BEFORE IT SHIPS?
Once an order is placed we cannot make any changes or cancellations prior to shipping.
CAN I MODIFY OR ADD ITEMS TO AN EXHISTING ORDER THAT HAS BEEN PLACE?
Please place an additional order and we will try our best to combine both shipments, as long as the original shipment is not already in transit..
